A popular collectors items, the Star Wars Toothbrush collection was released by Oral B during Return of the Jedi.

 

The toothbrushes came as a set and included Princess Leia, The Ewoks, Chewbacca & Han Solo, C-3PO & R2-D2, Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker and the very rare The Jedi Masters Toothbrush.
